I like the place because it's very strategic. The room and security was not bad since I thought oyo would have a poor security but amongst the room there are one big coded door where applies only staff or guests to go in or out. It's like staying in a centre since the karaoke is there on second floor and around it was good food.

convenient location. food outlets and convenience stores were available nearby. security measures were basic but still reliable.

Easy parking,got a lift,many food court,nearby gas station,nearby beach,nearby night market,nearby cloth stall,.got karaoke too :-)

The location- it's a short distance to the beach, eateries and other facilities including petrol station, fast food restaurants, mosque and pharmacy.

Very nice place to stay at batu fringingi.i feel more comfortable to stay there.i got plan next trip also will stay there.everything is good.
